1014: The moonlit Clearing

In the heart of a tranquil deciduous woodland, a moonlit clearing emerges, casting a spellbinding aura upon the surrounding landscape. The silver glow of the full moon bathes the scene in ethereal luminescence, painting the world in shades of mystic beauty. Tall, slender trees stand as silent sentinels, their branches reaching skyward like delicate lacework against the darkened heavens. The soft whisper of a gentle breeze rustles through the leaves, creating a symphony of whispers. In this enchanted haven, time seems suspended, inviting dreamers and wanderers to immerse themselves in the magic of the moonlit clearing.

This watercolour is a composition that I had tried before without success, but after some experimentation with masking and techniques for creating the trees, I thought I would give it another go, and was pleased with the outcome!

The original is in ink and watercolour on Watercolour paper.

The print is a 200mmx200mm high quality giclee print on heavyweight paper reproduced at actual size and arrives flat in board-backed envelope.
